Returns, refunds & cancellations

How cancellations, damaged flowers, non-perishable returns and refunds are handled by Bloemist Family Florist.

Fresh flowers and personalised work

Fresh flowers are perishable and arrangements are often made to order. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods that deteriorate rapidly or to clearly personalised work. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please call as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If flowers have not been bought, prepared or dispatched, our team will do her best to help. Once work has begun, a cancellation or full refund may not be possible.

Problems with an order

If flowers arrive damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was agreed, contact the studio as soon as reasonably possible, ideally on the day of delivery. Please keep the flowers and provide clear photographs. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Non-perishable goods

For eligible non-perishable goods ordered online, tell us within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it unused and in its original condition. Unless the item is faulty, return costs are your responsibility.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will process them promptly, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
